Are there any hidden fees with Kavkom?

No. Our plans are clearly explained and our prices are shown excluding VAT, per user per month. With pro-rata billing and unlimited plans, you keep full control of your telecom spend.

What is the difference between the Basic Pack and the Plus Pack?

Both packs give access to the full platform. The Basic Pack includes unlimited inbound and internal calls. The Plus Pack adds unlimited calls and SMS to landlines and mobiles (France, USA, Canada), a mobile number, the choice of outbound number, native integrations and API access, as well as AI call transcription and summaries.

Can I change pack or add users later?

Yes. Kavkom grows with your business: add or remove users and features, or adjust your plan to your needs, with pro-rata billing.

What is the commitment on yearly and monthly plans?

On the monthly plan there is no commitment and you can cancel anytime. On the yearly plan you get a 20% discount with a 12-month commitment, billed monthly.

How does the free trial work?
