If you are logged in with an account that has the required authorizations, go to Phone system settings, Applications and then Call groups. Add group users and customize advanced settings.
How many call groups can I create with Kavkom?
All recorded conversations are kept for a minimum of 1 year, during which time you can listen to them online and download them for longer retention, archiving and training purposes.
Can a user belong to more than one group?
Each user can access recordings of their own conversations. The ability to listen in on all users’ conversations is reserved for users in groups with “Administrator” and “Supervisor” access.
