A virtual cell phone number with mobile access
Your teams can make and receive calls from their smartphone, computer or compatible IP phone.
Get closer to your customers
Assign an individual virtual France number to each salesperson or agent.
Each employee has his or her own business number, separate from his or her personal number.
Case study :
- Telecommuting prospecting team
- In-house call center
- Growing startups
We keep ARCEP compliance but simplify it:
Virtual mobile numbers (07) must be used via a real mobile access, in accordance with the national numbering plan.
Combine VoIP Kavkom and business mobility
- Kavkom is a VoIP cloud telephony solution.
- It is not a mobile operator, and no SIM package is provided.
- Everything works via the Internet, with your existing equipment.
Proper use of a virtual mobile number
A virtual mobile number in France (type 07) complies with the precise rules of the national numbering plan.
In concrete terms?
A mobile number must correspond to actual mobile use.
This means it must be used via a compatible mobile access.
For example, from a smartphone connected to the mobile network.
It cannot be used exclusively from a landline, a fixed IP phone or a computer connected only to fixed Internet.
Why this rule?
Because the number displayed during a call must reflect the actual nature of the usage.
Presenting a mobile number from a purely fixed installation is not allowed.
With Kavkom, this compliance is respected from the moment of activation.
Each virtual mobile number is individually assigned to an employee.
It remains recallable throughout its period of use.
Important to remember:
- A virtual mobile number is not a mobile package.
- It does not work with the SIM card supplied by Kavkom.
- Kavkom is a VoIP cloud telephony solution, not a mobile operator.
If your need is for a fixed line or internal call center from fixed phones, a virtual geographic number (01, 02, 03…) will be more appropriate.
The type of number is chosen according to actual use.
Not the other way around.
